Satchel’s During Covid….Yeah, We Have Made Some Changes

Online ordering

Although you can still order in person at the restaurant and over the phone (734-971-5100), we encourage our customers to order online. This reduces the amount of time that you will need to spend inside the restaurant which in turn reduces the likelihood of a virus transmission.

staff screening

All staff are screened daily (including temperature checks) to ensure that they are not displaying any known symptoms of the virus and its variants. Additionally, all of our staff wear masks throughout the work day. To date, we have had no known infections amongst the staff at the restaurant.

Sanitation and social distancing

All of our in-person service at the restaurant is provided with six-foot distancing and minimum human contact. Additionally, we sanitize all “touch” surfaces throughout the day to ensure that our kitchen and dining area is as safe as possible.
